It is so obvious that almost everyone loves football action but often unpredictability happens, lives are lost.

And so it is with a heavy heart I write this list of dead Nigerian footballers.

Below is a handful list Of Dead Nigerian Footballers who died both in active service on the field and those who were deceased as a result of one sickness or the other:
